  • Surveys are non-accruable and valid for 12-months.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

  • This Price List only applies to GLWS survey-takers in the country of purchase. 
  • Different prices will apply to survey-takers outside of Australia; please enquire about different regions/countries of interest.
  • For usage with survey takers spanning multiple countries, different bundles are available at the local jurisdiction rates unless an international bundle rate has been agreed upon in writing between the parties.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST, which will be added when applicable.
  • Starter Packs, Bundles, Singles, Options, Add-ons and GLWS Framework Only subscriptions ordered online will be immediately payable or within 14 days of invoicing.
  • GLWS surveys, reports, and all inclusions will have a 12-month validity period from the order or purchase date, whichever is the earliest. Unfortunately, we cannot accrue, refund, credit, transfer, or extend unused surveys, reports, or inclusions.
  • Subsequent orders for additional bundles or add-ons will each have a new 12-month validity period from the date of ordering/purchasing.
  • *Minimum participants per cohort means the smallest quantity of surveys our bureau service will accept for processing in a single batch. This number will be determined by the size of the bundle or pack you purchase. Numbers smaller than the specified minimum for your bundle or pack size will automatically attract an additional administrative charge at a fixed rate of AUD55+GST pp (for countries outside Australia, this will be converted to your local currency). You will be reminded of this when placing your order.
  • All inclusions will be subject to terms and conditions of use including ethical standards of usage, retention of sole copyright by EEK & SENSE, commitment to protecting our copyright and brand standards; acceptance that continued access and usage beyond the 12 month period will be contingent upon the purchase of another bundle at the minimum volume required to qualify for same inclusions. Terms differ by bundle, details upon request.
  • We intend to always communicate fairly and proactively about pricing, including as much advance notice as possible regarding price changes. We also reserve the legal right to amend our prices, packs, bundles and terms whenever necessary.
