Meet, network and connect
When social distancing measures are not in place, GLWS Level 1 and Level 2 accreditation are offered in person at face to face (F2F) workshops in locations around Australia, Hong Kong and London. Currently available dates are advertised below.
If you are interested in running in-house face to face accreditation for 6+ participants, please contact us.
Our Level 1 and Level 2 face to face workshops are both one day each. Participant numbers are typically between 6 and 12 to enable good quality conversations and experience sharing.
There is essential pre-work to be completed for Level 1 – this covers important content to build your knowledge of wellbeing and the GLWS development.
Both workshops are strongly case-study based – we draw on actual GLWS reports and experiences to bring out key learning points.
In Level 1, you will undertake an initial practice GLWS debrief and receive a debrief on your own GLWS Personal Wellbeing Report at the workshop, and complete one further practice debrief and reflection after your workshop.
For Level 2, you will analyse a GLWS Team or Group Report and draft a team debrief event and/or the content for a leadership development program at the workshop. While Level 2 does not have pre-work, it does involve undertaking an extensive case-study with a team or group after the workshop (all GLWS materials provided).
Both workshops include practical guidance and tips on selling the benefits of GLWS to stakeholders/clients.
We encourage discussion and learning from other experienced practitioners – strong networks are formed in our workshops.

Is the Level 1 Masterclass right for you?
Tip! Prior to attending Level 1 GLWS accreditation it’s essential you have already undertaken prior development as a leadership development or wellbeing coach, and that you have experience of working one to one with leaders or senior professionals providing feedback, development or coaching guidance. Your registration is conditional upon acceptance of your eligibility by EEK & SENSE.
Tip! Level 1 accreditation does not teach feedback or coaching process skills, these will be assumed.
Tip! Ideally you will also have prior learning and accreditation qualifications in the use of other reliable and valid personality, motivational, leadership or 360 tools. This is recommended and will be helpful, but is not essential.
*Tip! After you have gained experience of conducting 10 x GLWS Personal Report debriefs and the impact of your work has been evaluated, you will be eligible to achieve GLWS Certified Practitioner Status
Optional repeat completion of the GLWS (if more than 6 months have elapsed since prior completion) and provision of your GLWS Personal Report.
2 x 30 minutes 1 to 1 coaching from EEK & SENSE on your first GLWS Team or Group Wellbeing case-study, after attendance at the accreditation workshop, within 6 months.
All materials and refreshments.
Offers of exclusive promotions and loyalty discounts.
Supply of up to 8 x GLWS Surveys + GLWS Personal Reports and 1 x GLWS Team Report for use in your real-life practice case-study, after attending the workshop, within 6 months.

Is this Level 2 workshop right for you?
Tip! Prior to attending Level 2, it’s essential that you have successfully completed Level 1. Your registration on Level 2 is conditional upon acceptance of your eligibility by EEK & SENSE.
Tip! Ideally, you will also have gained considerable experience of interpreting and debriefing the GLWS Personal Reports prior to attending for Level 2, and have achieved your GLWS Certified Practitioner status. This is highly desirable but is not essential.
Tip! After you have attended the Level 2 workshop, the final stage of your Level 2 accreditation requires you to design and implement a solution to a real-life team or group based wellbeing challenge, using the GLWS. You will receive coaching and feedback from the GLWS team on this exercise during and after the workshop, and it is an essential component of successfully completing your Level 2 accreditation.
Tip! Up to 8 x GLWS Surveys, Personal Reports and 1 x Team or Group Report are included as part of your Level 2 registration for use in a real-life case-study of your choosing. It is a strict requirement of completing Level 2 that these must be undertaken within 6 months of attending the workshop. Start thinking now about identifying potential applications!
**After you have gained experience of designing and implementing two further substantial GLWS team or program based interventions you will be eligible to achieve GLWS Master Practitioner status.
