Our focus is on helping to support leaders and their teams tackle wellbeing priorities head on, providing tools, training, expert advisory advice, coaching and encouragement every step of the way to help you achieve and deliver a wellbeing strategy with solutions that work

Our flagship is the GLWS Survey. You’ll find more details below.

How does GLWS™ Survey work?

The GLWS survey has 126 questions which target what we know matters most to leaders and professionals in the world of work, to comprehensively assess their wellbeing.

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete online and comprises two broad sections – Working Well (professional life) and Living Well (home, social and personal life).

These two sections and the detailed questions contained within have been carefully designed to capture the essence of a leader’s physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual wellbeing across six wellbeing domains, as represented in the GLWS Framework below.

Why GLWS?

The corporate wellbeing space has thousands of providers globally. It is a fast-growing sector and includes multiple categories of consulting, content and product-based solutions. The corporate leadership assessment and development sector is similarly characterised by both an overwhelming range and varying quality of consulting services and products. There are many options in an increasingly fragmented market which has become even more crowded since Covid-19. It can be hard for consultants, coaches and employers to know where and who to turn to for deep wellbeing expertise they can trust.

That’s where GLWS comes in.

Long before the crisis of the pandemic catapulted employee wellbeing into the spotlight, the GLWS team had already been quietly and steadily developing deep psychological expertise and rollout capabilities over several years.

GLWS solutions are uniquely positioned at the intersection of employee wellbeing and leadership development and can be deployed to solve for a wide variety of employer pain points, addressing many of the unmet needs and opportunities being identified by organisations.

Our tools are used to drive mental health and wellbeing initiatives for leaders and employees across the whole of the mental health and wellbeing continuum.

Whether it’s about identifying those who are already thriving and how to help them sustain and role-model their approaches to flourishing over the longer term, or to assess the other 80% of the employee population who will be experiencing slight, moderate or severe mental health risks or wellbeing redflags,  our wellbeing assessment and development resources are suitable for use across a variety of executive coaching, leadership development and learning programs; targeted talent engagement and retention initiatives; diversity and inclusion priorities; team building and team development approaches and; various industry and professional membership benefit programs.

Our Success Stories

How does GLWS work?

The GLWS survey has 126 specific questions which target what matters most to leaders, to comprehensively assess their wellbeing. The survey also asks for a high level snapshot of how happy, well and satisfied leaders report being, and about  their experience of completing the survey. The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete online and comprises two broad sections – Working Well (professional life) and Living Well (home, social and personal life).

These are designed to capture the essence of a leader’s physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual wellbeing across six wellbeing domains, as represented in the GLWS Framework below

What happens next?

Answers are immediately collated to generate a GLWS Personal Wellbeing Report, which is then reviewed with the individual leader in a confidential, one-on-one debrief session.

The secure, confidential report identifies personal wellbeing priorities and helps inform actionable steps to improve wellbeing. The emphasis is on self-responsibility, underpinned by support, encouragement and leadership coaching from a GLWS accredited coach, executive wellbeing or leadership expert.

The GLWS coach can access further resources, tools and tips tailored to each of the six domains, guiding leaders to proactively pursue positive changes at their own pace.

Where individuals from the same team or business have received their GLWS Personal Wellbeing Report, the data can be aggregated to produce a GLWS Team or GLWS Group Report.

It’s a powerful tool to help each individual figure out their personal non-negotiables at this stage in their lives."

"Individual leaders have experienced a highly personalised intervention, aimed at supporting them to take personal responsibility for making positive changes to enhance their wellbeing. As an organisation, I feel we are now well placed to create targeted wellbeing interventions to address the needs, giving us a better return on investment than simply applying a wellbeing ‘band aid’."

Sean Carroll, GM of People, Culture and Innovation, Australia Post

"GLWS was an important eye-opener, a pointed and timely prompt to make some changes I knew I needed to make….and I feel so much better for it now. Nearly 6 months have passed, and I am still reaping the benefits at a personal level and I can see the positive changes happening across my whole team."

Jen Delves, Head of People Services, QANTAS

"We are witnessing a huge increase in the need and demand for executive wellness. More and more my clients and I are discussing how they spend their time and energy and the difficulties they are experiencing with integrating personal, family and work commitments. The GLWS is invaluable."

Dr Órla NicDomhnaill, CEO, Thrive Advisory

"What has been so powerful for the participants is how tangible the outcomes are. The GLWS allows you to fast-track the coaching conversation and immediately identify which aspects of wellbeing need attention. The conversation very quickly becomes about brainstorming actions that will improve overall wellbeing. It’s such a positive and empowering tool."

Lauren Jauncey, (former) Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Australia Post

"The GLWS accreditation workshop was extremely valuable.
