GLWS Online Accreditation – how it works

Level 1 and Level 2 Accreditation are easily completed online by accessing our self-paced, eLearning programs in your own time and to your own deadlines.

Our online accreditation is thorough and engaging. In many ways, it may be considered more effective, convenient and enjoyable than our traditional in-person face to face accreditation options. 

Our online accreditation courses have been meticulously prepared by the GLWS founders, and you will hear directly from them as they step you through your accreditation using a variety of learning methods, including case-studies, expert tuition, presentations, short assignments, quizzes, practicals, reflection and self-assessments. 

Our online learning for Level 1 ensures a comprehensive practice debrief session on both your own and someone else’s GLWS Personal Report, and allows for a deeper, more thorough process than is possible within the constraints of the  traditional one day face to face accreditation workshop.

GLWS online courses also enable learning to be absorbed and applied over a longer period of time which allows for a more robust development experience.

With our online accreditation options, lessons and topics are well-structured and intuitively designed. The opportunity for engagement with the GLWS team and interaction with fellow learners is there should you wish.

GLWS In-person Masterclass Accreditation – how it works

When social distancing measures are not in place, GLWS Level 1 Accreditation is offered in person in a Masterclass style workshop in locations around Australia, Hong Kong and London. Current available dates are listed below.

The Level 1 GLWS Accreditation Masterclass is one day duration. Participant numbers are typically between 6 and 12 to enable hands-on, experiential learning and peer knowledge sharing.

There is essential pre-work prior to attending the Masterclass, covering important content to build on your knowledge of wellbeing and the GLWS development.  This enables the Masterclass itself to be highly practical and case-study based, drawing on actual GLWS reports and organisational wellbeing programs to bring out key learning points.

The F2F workshop offers a Masterclass style, premium hands-on learning with one of Australia’s foremost wellbeing leadership experts and the GLWS co-author – Audrey McGibbon at the helm. 

You will gain knowledge and experience in:

  • Very latest data on leader wellbeing and emerging themes
  • Case studies and exploration of real-life programs and evidence-based learning
  • Exploration of hot topics in employee wellbeing – hybrid work, gender, burnout, pre- and post-Covid data and so much more.
