Who is GLWS accreditation for?
GLWS accreditation is open to experienced coaches, psychologists, consultants and OD/L&D practitioners with high levels of existing feedback and coaching skills at leadership levels in organisations.
The accreditation program assumes that you are already working 1 to 1 with leaders on their personal and professional development. You need to feel confident and comfortable discussing potentially sensitive areas such as relationships and mental and physical health. (This means comfortable to have a first conversation or provide coaching on these areas, NOT provide therapy or counselling).
How accreditation works
There are two levels of GLWS accreditation:
Level 1 gives you the knowledge, skills and confidence to work successfully with the GLWS Personal Report in 1 to 1 contexts. This is the essential first step in your use of GLWS.
Level 2 is for people who want to extend their use of GLWS into team and group applications using the GLWS Team or Group Reports. You will learn how to work with the GLWS in teams, for leadership development and to explore organisational culture and systemic influences on wellbeing.
Which course is right for me?
When deciding which GLWS program is right for you, there are two key choices to consider – which level(s) of accreditation and what format? GLWS accreditation can be completed in face to face (F2F) workshops in locations around Australia, Hong Kong and London OR on-line by accessing our e-learning program. If you are interested in running in-house accreditation for 6+ participants, please contact us.
Registration for LEVEL 1 GLWS accreditation requires that you are already experienced at coaching leaders in the workplace. This might be as an external executive or wellness coach, or as part of your role as an internal coach, HR, OD or L&D practitioner. This is because the accreditation does not include coaching skills and we will assume that you have this capability.
Registration for LEVEL 2 GLWS accreditation requires that you have successfully completed Level 1 accreditation, and have an interest in working with the GLWS with teams and leadership groups.
