Welcome to the Champions of Wellbeing Leadership

Retreat – Immersion – Reset

31 July – 3 August
@ Elysia Hunter Valley

Welcome! And thank you for your support as an ally and as a Champion in this critical work, as together we embark on our ambitious mission to reset the wellbeing conversation.

This retreat has been designed to provide tactical withdrawal and renewal from everyday pressure, alongside an opportunity for immersion in deep work, personally and professionally.

Outlined below you’ll find an agenda for our time together, a listing of attendees and some additional details you might find useful for forward planning.

Agenda

This is not a conference, workshop or seminar. There are no presenters or lectures. Instead, the program has been explicitly developed to tap into the collective, diverse wisdom of the group.

The intention of the agenda outline is to provide a daily structure, without rigid session themes.  Instead, we are creating a space for a dynamic, participant-led forum, which will explore and unpack the complex system of inter-related issues impacting on wellbeing.  As the sessions unfold, the following themes will be explored:

  • Wellbeing Strategy – Role of Leaders, Transformational Change, Seed & Soil
  • Wellbeing as 100% Inclusive; The Gender Wellbeing Gap
  • Risk & Regulatory responsibilities
  • Hybrid working and new working rhythms
  • Burnout, Workaholism and Rising Stress
