If you work with executives, leaders and senior professionals you’ll want to learn more about the GLWS® Practitioner Program.

The GLWS Practitioner Program can be accessed at your own pace, in your own time via online e-learning or face to face workshops.

GLWS accreditation will add significantly to your wellbeing, leadership development and coaching qualifications.

You’ll learn how to interpret and use this highly credible suite of tools to deliver enhanced personal and organisational wellbeing and performance, in ways that will feel relevant and achieve high levels of buy-in from leaders and professionals at all levels.

Who is GLWS accreditation for?

The GLWS Practitioner Accreditation Program is open to experienced coaches, psychologists, consultants and OD/L&D practitioners with high levels of existing feedback and coaching skills at leadership levels in organisations.

We will assume you are already experienced in working 1 to 1 with leaders on their personal and professional development, and that you are comfortable discussing potentially sensitive areas such as relationships, conflict, stress, mental and physical health.

How accreditation works

There are two levels of GLWS accreditation:

Level 1 is the essential first step in your use of GLWS. It will give you the knowledge, technical skills and confidence to work successfully with the GLWS Personal Report in 1 to 1 contexts.

Level 2 is if you want to extend your use of GLWS into deeper systemic organisational development, change and culture work via intact teams, leadership development, talent and/or diversity, inclusion and wellbeing programs.  It can only be completed after Level 1 and is intended for those who want the challenge of becoming a GLWS Master Practitioner, qualified to work across a broader range of organisational pain points and applications.

On this course you will focus on the expert skills required to interpret and consult using the GLWS Team and Group Reports, and we build your accreditation experience around your own real-life case-study.

What our graduates are saying

|

I have never undertaken e-learning before so when GLWS moved to e-learning due to COVID-19 restrictions, I was apprehensive to say the least.  However, the e-learning experience was fantastic.  Why?

The resources that GLWS offers are exhaustive; the coaching guide is outstanding; their support is generous and despite the course being online, it still felt personable as I knew there were real people at GLWS to help and provide guidance.

I realize that it may be a while until face-to-face learning returns, but if the GLWS e-learning program is indicative, it was a great experience which I would repeat.

Anne Bartlett, Executive Coach

|

The e-learning was really easy to navigate, and the approach to learning was a good balance of theory and practise. Marisa and the team provided great support throughout the process, and I feel confident of their ongoing support as I begin to use the GLWS.

Bri Hayllar, Psychologist, Transitioning Well

|

“I recently completed the e-learning Level 1 accreditation and found the whole program very valuable. Easy access to the videos and slides meant I could dip in and out as needed and refresh my understanding and knowledge of wellbeing throughout the program.

The quizzes, learning activities, feedback and support embedded my learning and built my confidence to use the GLWS in my coaching practice. It has changed the way I view my own life and the approach I take with my clients. And the real bonus was I could do it in my own time and at a pace that suited me.”

Which course is right for me?

When deciding which GLWS program is right for you, there are two key choices to consider – which level(s) of accreditation and what format? GLWS accreditation can be completed in face to face (F2F) workshops in locations around Australia, Hong Kong and London OR on-line by accessing our e-learning program. If you are interested in running in-house accreditation for 6+ participants, please contact us.

Registration for LEVEL 1 GLWS accreditation requires that you are already experienced at coaching leaders in the workplace. This might be as an external executive or wellness coach, or as part of your role as an internal coach, HR, OD or L&D practitioner.  This is because the accreditation does not include coaching skills and we will assume that you have this capability.

Registration for LEVEL 2 GLWS accreditation requires that you have successfully completed Level 1 accreditation, and have an interest in working with the GLWS with teams and leadership groups.
